The Victoria Inn is a family-friendly beach-side pub with two bars downstairs complemented by outside decking. Upstairs is another bar and restaurant leading to a terrace with stunning sea views of Cardigan Bay – and a famous spot for dolphin watching!
Loved by locals and visitors, it has recently been labelled as one of the UK’s best spots for dinner with a sunset view by some social media influencers.
The Victoria Inn offers a huge array of Ales, Lagers, Ciders, Wines and Soft Drinks which pairs perfectly with their extensive home-cooked menu.
A traditional pub classic menu with a few added twists, their most popular meals include Fish and Chips, Beef and Guinness Pie, Pizzas, Calzones and their homecooked Sunday Roast – as well as a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options available.
The Victoria Inn is open throughout the year and hosts live music most weekends. It also hosts an outside grill in the Summer months (typically from Easter to October) as well as log burners located throughout to stay cosy during colder months.

Whether it’s a simple sandwich or a juicy steak, every dish he creates is a blend of precision, passion and personality. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday evenings, with tables available between 17:30 and 20:30 and from 12:00-15:00 on Sundays for Sunday Lunch. A favourite spot for many, booking is recommended.

The impressive complex received a ‘Living Landscape Award’ from the Campaign for the Protection of Rural Wales in recognition of the outstanding quality of workmanship that went into the restoration of the stone-built barn. Freshly prepared to order, The Wildfowler menu includes generous portions of traditional pub meals, as well as modern twists on classic dishes – and a Sunday Lunch that never disappoints.

Ynyshir offers a truly unique dinner experience at an award-winning Michelin-starred restaurant on the outskirts of Machynlleth.
This matt black, part-Georgian house with an immersive approach and a pumping soundtrack. Dinner starts early, which gives Chef-Owner Gareth Ward 5 hours to take diners on a playful culinary journey around the globe.
He has a particular reverence for Japanese cuisine, with sashimi and A5 Wagyu beef likely to appear on the surprise menu of around 30 vibrant, exceptionally skilful servings.
Not only just about the food, the fine details of the experience also celebrate the local region, with fine-crafted sheepskins and handmade crockery showing the team’s pride in their Welsh heritage.
A truly immersive dining exhibition, the booking diary is released only 2 months in advance and the experience is not suitable for those with food allergies, intolerances, and dislikes as no substitutions or amendments to dishes are offered.
